Do you wanna touch: Hand reflexology for energy (in bed)

Just like in foot reflexology, the hands are supposed to be a map to the body. Rub them the right way by focusing on specific points and it’s believed that you can send a current of sexual energy throughout the whole body.

Hand Reflexology

• For male anatomy: Look up the reflex points for the testes, prostate, and bladder. (The unique combination of these points can stimulate the male sexual organs.) Hold their hand in both of yours and use your thumbs to knead those points with gentle yet firm pressure for several minutes. Finish with slightly longer strokes across the whole palm, back of hand, and fingers.

• For female anatomy: Look up the reflex points for the ovaries, uterus, fallopian tubes, and bladder. (The combination of these points are known for stimulating the female sexual organs.) Hold their hand in both of yours and use your thumbs to knead those points with gentle, yet firm pressure for several minutes. Finish with slightly longer strokes across the whole palm, back of hand, and fingers.
