Is the internal condom hard to insert?

I think it's hard to insert the internal condom.

Inserting an internal condom should get easier the more you do it. You might want to try practicing when it’s not the heat of the moment so you’re a pro when you need it.

Still not working?

If it doesn’t get any easier to insert and you’re concerned about STIs, consider condoms instead. If STI protection is not a concern for you right now, you can consider birth control that doesn’t go in your vagina, like the pill, patch, ring, the IUD, or implant.
