Fitness for fooling around: Frog Stretch

Flexibility is a good thing, especially in the bedroom. That’s where the Frog Stretch can help. It opens up the inner thighs, groin, and hips. Some even believe that this stretch can help increase intimacy and release inhibitions.

Frog Stretch

  1. Get a yoga mat and fold it in half to give your knees some extra cushion.

  2. Begin on your hands and knees.

  3. Spread your knees out to each side as wide as you can.

  4. Stretch your arms out in front of you, palms down.

  5. Hold the stretch for 1-5 minutes.

  6. Take this slow. Don’t force it. Add it one day a week or every day of the week if and when it’s comfortable to do so.
